Registration to the auction ~~Huutokauppaan rekisteröityminen
As used in this aggreement "you" are an individual acting on your behalf or an agent or as an person or entity that has authorised you to act on their behalf, "we" and "us" means Tuurin Kauppa Oy (Auctioneer)
In order to register and bid at Tuuri's machineauction using the LIVE software you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions agreement. By clicking "ACCEPT", you agree to all these terms and conditions.
You will be responsible for any usage by minors or any other party using your name and your account to Tuurin Kauppa Oy.
In addition to applying for access to the live bidding mode, you will be required to register separately for each auction in which you want to act as a bidder.
Tuurin Kauppa Oy reserves the right to refuse to register any person for any auction.
The bidder registration agreement shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwice.
You are prohibited from bidding on any equipment you have consigned to the auction.
All bids submitted are final and unchangeable. If you click the bid button you are submitting a binding bid in the amount displayed. If you are the highest bidder and the auctioneer sells the lot to you, you will be the new owner of that lot.

Rekisteröityäksesi, osallisuaksesi Tuurin Konehuutokauppaan huutajana ja käyttää LIVE-Huutokauppa sovellusta, sinun täytyy lukea ja hyväksyä huutokauppa ehdot ja säännöt.
Kun painat nappia "HYVÄKSYN" / "ACCEPT", sinä sitoudut noudattamaan huutokaupan sääntöjä ja ehtoja.
Olet täysin vastuussa Tuurin Kauppa Oy:lle kaikista sinun tunnuksillasi tehdyistä huudoista tai muista toimenpiteistä riippumatta siitä mikä taho on sinun tunnuksiasi käyttänyt.
Osallistuaksesi Tuurin konehuutokauppa Oy:n Live-Huutokauppoihin, tulee sinun rekisteröityä saadaksesi huuto-oikeuden.
Tuurin Kauppa Oy pitää oikeuden hyväksyä tai hylätä kuka tahansa huutaja koska tahansa mihin tai mistä huutokaupasta tahansa.
Huutajaksi rekisteröitymis sopimus on sitova ellei huutokaupan järjestäjä toisin ilmoita.
Et saa huutaa itse kohdetta jonka olet asettanut myyntiin, eli niin sanottua "Sisään Huutoa", ei sallita.
Kaikki jätetyt tarjoukset ovat sitovia ja muuttamattomia, jos painat "TARJOA" näppäintä huutokaupassa olet jättänyt ruudulla näkyvän sitovan tarjouksen huutokaupan järjestäjälle. Sinulla ollessa korkein tarjous kohteesta´ja meklarin hyväksyttyä sen tarjouksen. Sinä olet kohteen uusi omistaja ja kaikki vastuu kohteesta siirtyy sinulle tällä hetkellä.
