Any work needed for transportation of equipment purchased, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Accepted Payment Methods:
1. All goods purchased must be settled for on sale day and before being removed from the auction site. Risk and title passes to the purchaser when the auctioneer accepts the successful bid. Possession remains with the auctioneer until the goods are paid for in full.
2. All items are sold "as-is", "Where-is" and no warranties implied or guaranties expressed or otherwise exists unless announced at the auction. The auction company accepts no responsibility for errors in description; it being the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods before the auction and satisfy themselves as to the condition; identity and authenticity.
3. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. At the auctioneer's discretion the bidding can be re-opened if there is more than one bidder on. The bidding will be re-opened between those parties only. In all cases of dispute the Auctioneer's decision is final.
4. Goods left on the premises may become liable for a storage fee and / or resold without notice to the purchaser and any deficiencies will be charged to the purchaser.
5. Any and all purchases under your bid number are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
