Equipment Removal:
Equipment shall NOT be removed from the auction yard on the day of auction. All items must be removed from the auction yard before 4:00pm, Friday, July 21, 2006.
Auction yard hours for removal are as follows:
Sunday, July 16 – Friday, July 21:
8:00am – 4:00pm
Removal is on a first-come/first-serve basis.
No item may be removed from the auction until full payment is received.
Items removed from the auction site beyond Friday, July 21, will be charged $100 per item per day.
All removal arrangements from the auction yard are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Limited loading assistance is available through Grubstake.

1. Any announcements made by Auctioneer prior to or during sale take precedence over any printed matter pertaining to this auction.
2. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone and to reject the bid of anyone who has not registered and obtained a Bidder’s number. Anyone bidding for an account other than his own must register to that effect, by registering Bidder warrants and represents that he is authorized to bid on behalf of the party represented. No Seller shall bid on his/her own property or as an agent of the Seller under any circumstances.
3. Auction items may be added, deleted, canceled, or modified, whether by division or combination, prior to sale of the item at the Auctioneer’s sole discretion. Catalogs and listings received prior to auction sale serve solely as guides and items may not be sold in the order as shown in printing or as placed at the auction location. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid that succeeds the previous bid by a trivial amount.
