Thank you for participating online in our South Langley Auction today.
We do not provide shipping or assist you with packing or moving. Please bring help, tools and supplies you may need. For out of town shipping we recommend Pakmail 778-298-7790.
Pick up must be completed Wednesday by 6pm or Thursday between 9am and 4:30pm by appointment. We are not open on Weekends. Pick up address is 26251 Fraser Highway, Langley, BC. Contact us at 604-859-1661 with any questions.

Above $999 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.

Payment is due in full today. if you authorize us via email or calling 604-859-1661 we can directly charge your Visa or MC on file (only applies to purchases under $999). For e-transfers please email them to payment@ableauctions.ca Due to social distancing, we will not be taking in person payments. To reduce the amount of people in the building at one time we ask you call to book a time slot for pick up.
**Please make sure you are able to make your scheduled pick-up time. Due to the amount of people rescheduling their pick-up times we find it necessary to implement a $50 rescheduling fee for rescheduling. It is important for the health and safety of our staff and other bidders that you show up on time. If you don’t make your scheduled time you will need to send an e transfer to payment@ableauctions.ca $50 donated to charity before you will be allowed to bid at future auctions. **

All auctions will be subject to a 17% buyers premium.
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted the condition and description of an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Able Solutions Inc. DBA Able Auctions assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that bidders arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
Please take advantage of in person preview as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal of purchased lots by purchaser/bidders and guests is done at their sole risk. Able Solutions Inc. assumes no risk or liability, statutory, common law or otherwise whatsoever for the safety of those attending at the auction premises.
All purchased lots must be paid for on day of sale by direct deposit, ETRANSFER or by credit card online only for purchases under $999. Internet bidders’ payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm on Auction day.
17% Buyers Premium and all applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser/bidder is not entitled to possession until all purchased lots have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser/bidder. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser/bidder.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser/bidder. The purchaser/bidder hereby indemnifies the auctioneer, Able Solutions Inc. and the vendor of the purchased lot against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any purchased lot.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser/bidder. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser/bidder shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any purchased lot.
Where the bidder is an individual representing an incorporated company, that individual certifies that he/she is authorized to represent and bind that company for the purpose of bidding and purchasing in this auction. Where the bidder is an individual representing an unincorporated business, the individual will be personally liable for all amounts owing to Able Solutions Inc.
The purchaser/bidder hereby grants to Able Solutions Inc. a security interest (as defined in the Personal Property Security Act of BC[“PPSA”]) in all its present and after acquired personal property (“collateral”) to secure any unpaid amounts due and owing by the purchaser/bidder. The purchaser/bidder acknowledges that Able Solutions Inc. may register a financing statement at the Personal Property Registry of BC in relation to the security interest, regardless of whether the purchaser has chosen to take delivery of the purchased lot. The purchaser/bidder acknowledges that acceptance by the purchaser/bidder of the terms and conditions of this auction will constitute a security agreement under the PPSA. The purchaser/bidder further acknowledges that the security agreement gives lien rights to Able Solutions Inc. over all of the purchaser/bidder’s personal property assets, which may include but is not limited to the purchased lot, if the purchaser/bidder refuses to pay in full for the purchased lot, and that Able Solutions Inc. may take all enforcement action and other remedies available to it under the PPSA.
If for any reason, Able Solutions Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of a purchased lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Able Solutions Inc. shall be the refund of any monies paid to Able Solutions Inc. on the purchased lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/bidder to remove their purchased lots within the prescribed time. Able Solutions Inc. will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items.
When bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if purchaser/bidder is successful, purchaser/bidder will receive one of the grouping, not necessarily the first lot.
