The Fulton Ranch two year olds are sired by our ranch stallions –
A Streak Of Fling si 98 and CS Flashlight si 106. They are all ranch rode and very well started with each individual possessing different talents and aptitudes in the arena. From the time the sale photographs are taken in early June, the colts grow and mature a lot with a feed program of Woody’s Performance Horse Feeds and receive about three additional months of riding. We live in an area with many extremes in both climate and terrain, which in turn lends a hand in raising strong, sure-footed, good boned horses. They all have pedigrees that combine solid, proven performance and many of the top bloodlines in the horse industry. Online Terms & Conditions
1. 3% premium will be added to the purchase price of online purchases.
2. Bidder must be credit approved by Thursday evening before the sale
3. The highest bidder is the buyer. If any dispute arises between two bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as he sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, and his decision will be final.
4. Terms of the sale are cash to be paid in US funds by Monday by Wire Transfer; Certified Check overnighted to Fulton Performance Horses LLC. All funds are to be made in US currency.
5. All sales are absolute and final. If a problem arises a credit only will be given at next year’s sale. Horses are at the buyer’s expense, risk, and responsibility from the time of purchase. No delivery will be made until a final settlement has been made.
6. The buyer must make arrangements for the care of his horse if it is not taken on sale day. Transportation can easily be arranged.
7. All horses sold online must be insured after purchase. Marvin Tavarez, Jr of Plains Horizon Equine Insurance will be available sale day. Give him a call at 877-569-8960 or 830-708-3870 cell for terms. He can insure your horses immediately after the sale.
8. All horses sold online are registered with the AQHA or APHA. Registration papers and transfer will be mailed directly to the AQHA/APHA office when payment of the horse is complete. A $15.00 transfer fee will be paid by buyer.
9. Health certificates will be issued for transportation purposes sale day. All horses will be Coggins tested, current on worming and vaccinations, which includes 1st West Nile vaccination for weanlings.Delete this bolded statement
