Cash, credit card, certified check or wire transfer. Highest bidder will be notified the following day to make arrangements to remove contents. Full payment due at notification. All bids must be accompanied by a refundable 25% deposit. All deposits returned to unsuccessful bidders. Attention Credit Card Buyers: 5% buyer's premium assessed on credit card purchases. Also note a 10% buyer's premium added, for a total of 15% is you use your credit card for full payment.
