No statement in a catalogue, web site listing, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere by any representative or person in the employ of BOUNDS AUCTION SERVICES, shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to labeling, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance, insect, bacteria, or virus presence, age, weight, or size measurement, or historical relevance of any of the items offered for sale.
