Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of description and condition, however, owners, auctioneers and agents will assume no responsibility for errors or omissions and assume no liability as to any statements, either written or verbal, regarding any item sold other than the information given was given “in good faith”. Any known correction will be made at sale time and will take precedence.
4. Each lot will be sold by auction to the highest bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
5. All sales are final.The buyer is financially responsible for payment according to the ‘Terms of Sale’. Ownership passes from seller to buyer when the financial matters are completed at the end of the sale, (within 24 hrs).
