If you are a first time online/internet bidder, it is extremely important to register early and get your required information into our office at least 48 hours before the start of the auction. If you have bid online with us before, please have all registration information to us no later than 24 hours before the start of the auction. Any registration received later than 24 hours before the start of the auction may not be able to be processed in time. There are 3 ways to register – with a credit card, with your PayPal id/email address and with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
1. If registering with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover): Fax or email a copy of your photo id (driver’s license, government id, etc.), your name and contact information, the front and back of your credit card, and the billing address for your credit card.
2. If registering with your PayPal id/email address: Fax or email a copy of your photo id (driver’s license, government id, etc.), your name and contact information, and your PayPal id or email address. We will send you a PayPal Request for Money (Invoice) after the auction from our PayPal id/email address info@heritagesales.com.
3. If registering with a Bank Letter of Guarantee: Fax or email a copy of your photo id (driver’s license, government id, etc.) and your name and contact information. Have your Bank fax or email us the Bank Letter of Guarantee. Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee: “As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of _____’s (insert customer name here) checks drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on October 29, 2005 in Warrior, AL. We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.”
