All purchased items must be removed unless special arrangements are made with Auctioneer. All items sold As-is/Where-is condition with no warranties expressed or implied. 5% buyers premium. Applicable TN sales tax applied unless proper farm or other tax exempt status certification presented at the time of registration. Company receives 10% commission up to $2500.00 and 2% over. All information deemed to be correct but not guaranteed by auction company. Any and all announcements made from auction block take precedence over all printed material and advertising.
