NOTE: This is a Catalogued sale and lots will be sold in catalogue order.
1.REGISTRATION: All bidders shall register to bid in the auction by completing the on-line registration form and acknowledging agreement to the Terms & Conditions of the Internet auction as listed below. Please submit your completed registration as early as possible to assure approval - no later then 12 Noon the day of the auction.
2.PAYMENT: Purchases shall be by credit card only. We accept Visa/MC or Discover only. All accounts shall be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card shall be charged for the total of your purchases. A pre-auction authorization may be performed to establish available credit. However, no purchases will be charged to your card until a purchase is made.
3.ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: A 8% (eight percent) Administrative Fee shall be added to all successful Internet bids to become part of the purchase price. It is clearly understood and agreed by both the buyer and the Seller that the Auctioneer and Broker represent the Seller only.
4.All Pennsylvania State Residents shall be charged PA State Sales Tax unless bidder has filled out a TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE and has such certificate on file with Auctioneer prior to the start of the auction. You may provide a completed copy by facsimile at 717-597-9922. PA State Sales Tax shall be collected from any out of state buyer that is picking up their purchases at the Matthew S. 5.BIDDING: Our online auctions proceed at a sales rate of approximately 85 to 95 lots an hour. Please be prepared to bid quickly when your lot(s) of interest are being offered.
