ALL COLTS SELL WITH BALANCE DUE 4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE SECTION OF THE
SALE CLOSES THAT THIS PURCHASE IS MADE. Colts will need to be picked up on
or before
SEPT.23,2012 AT THE RANCH HEADQUARTERS, WOLBACH, NEBRASKA. Please make
arrangements with the Ranch so that an easy transition can be made
involving the weaning, Vet work, and Transportation.
A $50 payment must accompany the new owners payment for the horse to cover
his horses Vet work for travel in the U.S.A. If the horse must travel
outside the U.S. an additional Vet charge will apply.
ALL COLTS ARE GURANTEED SOUND , HEALTHY AND IN GOOD CONDITION ON SEPT.23,
2012 OR THE BUYER WILL BE REFUNDED ALL MONEY MADE IN PAYMENT OF THE
ANIMAL.
The highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two
or more bidders, the sole authority to settle the dispute is to be the
Auctioneer as he sees proper, and his decision shall be final. The
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
4% ONLINE BUYERS FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL PURCHASES MADE ONLINE THROUGH
THIS SALE.
ALL BIDDER #S WILL BE SECURED WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD
3.6% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL Visa/MC or other Credit Card

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR ONLINE BIDDERS
We will contact you during the bid approval process to verify how you will
pay for your purchases
IF PAYING WITH VISA/MC OR OTHER CREDIT CARD, your card account will be
charged when you win the bid(s)
IF PAYING WITH CHECK, BANK MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK or other GURANTEED
FUNDS INCLUDING WIRE TRANSFER, WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT NO LATER THAN THE
END OF THE FOURTH BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE BIDDING CLOSES ON SALE DAY.
All bidders are required to register and give full identification prior to
bidding and are required to use the number assigned to them when
identifying themselves as the successful bidder. Bidders intending to
write PERSONAL CHECKS should provide reference from their bank as to their
credit worthiness. Personal Checks will only be accepted at the Sellers
discretion. Bidders may be required to verify that certified funds,
Federal Reserve Notes (cash) or Visa/MC or other credit cards are
available for bidders purchases.
Should any Buyer fail to settle for his/her purchases as set forth in the
terms above, McIntyre Ranches reserves the full power and right to resell
the horse to their best advantage, either publicly or privately, without
further notice. Any loss resulting from such resale, and all other
expenses incurred as a result of this are PAYABLE BY THE ORIGINAL BUYER
The buyer agrees not to stop payment on their check or stop credit card
credit for any reason. A charge of $100.00 will be made on any check that
is returned. All payment discrepancies will be dealt with to the fullest
extent of Nebraska Law
SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE ANY BIDDER
Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. However McIntyre
Ranches can recommend several reputable transporters.
McIntyre Ranches foals are not halter-broke. But will work with buyers to
get them loaded in a safe manner.
Papers
Registration papers will be TURNED OVER from McIntyre Ranches to the new
owner WHEN ANIMALS ARE PICKED UP AND PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. New owner
will be responsible for transfering animals they have purchased.
Errors
Every effort has been made to assure the correctness of the Sale Catalog,
but the owners, McIntyre Ranches, the Auction Company , HorseAuctions.com
are not responsible for nor assume any liability for errors or statements
made regarding the horses, pedigree’s etc.
Color
Every effort has been made to list the correct color of these foals sold
in McIntyre Ranches sale. HOWEVER NOTE THAT THE COLTS ARE YOUNG AT PICTURE
AND CATALOG TIME. SOMETIMES THESE FOALS WILL CHANGE FROM CATALOG TIME TO
SALE TIME AND DURING THE SUMMER. All changes noted at sale time will be
called from the auction block. We have made every effort to assure the
color is correct as stated, however McIntyre Ranches, Auction company,
HorseAuctions.com is not liable nor able to control any color change.
Liability
All persons enter McIntyre Ranches at their own risk (before, during and
after the sale)
McIntyre Ranches Owners staff, auction company, HorseAuction.com nor any
other party connected with this sale assumes any liability legal or
otherwise for the safety of the premises, behavior of the horses, or for
any loss or damage to person or property, whatsoever
Warrantees
All horses sell sound the day before pickup time on or before Sept. 23,
2012.
All horses are quaranteed to not exhibit HC (Hyperelastosis Cutis),
otherwise known as HERDA. Any horses sold through this offering that are
diagnosed and proven to be HC affected through certified DNA analysis
before their third birthday may be exchanged for a full credit of the
original purchase price which may be used at any future McIntyre Ranches
sale.
