We do not test all of of items , please do not assume everything is in perfect working order, or without damage. In person viewing is important for you to see the quality of the item you will be bidding on. If you are unsure of the condition of the item , then buyer beware. We do not guarantee or warranty any of the items we sell.
We expect you to make payment in full prior to picking up your items.
Your invoice will have details for paying for your items totes not included.
Buyers premium 17% plus GST 5% and PST 7% is charged onto of your bid price.
Once payment is made, we will schedule you an appointment to pickup.
We will have a paid invoice ready for you .
Pick up must be completed the week of the auction by appointment.
If your items are not picked up there will be a storage fee of $50.00 per day per item. You must remove the entirety of your lots, including packaging etc.
Our staff DO NOT assist you with loading- please bring help for heavy items. Please bring packaging if you require it to remove your items we do not supply boxes etc.
