Please use due diligence as all items are sold "As Is, Where Is" - No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalog or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
The sales management, auctioneers and employees act as agents for the seller, but assume no liability for either buyer or seller. Any representations made by the sales management are on behalf of the seller.
Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of description and condition, however, owners, auctioneers and agents will assume no responsibility for errors or omissions and assume no liability as to any statements, either written or verbal, regarding any item sold other than the information given was given “in good faith”. Any known correction will be made at sale time and will take precedence.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 hour bid verification period.
Attendance at the auction, preview, or removal by bidders and guests is done at their sole risk.
20/20 AUCTION Corp. assumes no risk or liability, Any person attending the auction does so at their own risk, and no liability, duty, obligation and/or responsibility shall be imposed upon the consignors or any of their agents for any accident, injury, mishap, theft, damage and/or harm regardless of the source of the imposition.
All lots must be paid for within allotted time period by Cash, Direct deposit, Debit or Credit card in person where acceptable.Internet bidders shall have within 48 hours upon receipt of their email notification to pay for their items.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the described time.
