All Items MUST be paid for within 24 hours upon receipt/invoice email of winning an item. Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until they have been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of 5PM the Friday following the Tuesday (Collectibles Auction) to pickup and pay for their item(s). Any items not picked up by Friday will be deemed abandoned/forfeited.
Again, we will NOT be here on the weekend to accommodate pickups whatsoever. Friday is your last day to pickup.

***IMPORTANT - The bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be automatically charged at 5PM on the Friday following the Tuesday Auction for ANY invoice left owing on file. This is a contractual agreement which you, the bidder agrees to when you place a bid in our auction. Please pickup within the designated pickup deadline. It is up to YOU the buyer to read these terms & conditions prior to bidding. WE DO NOT STORE ANY ITEMS LEFT NOT PICKED UP!! This is a contractual agreement which YOU the bidder signs up to when bidding. We do not issue refunds for items left abandoned by buyers. Whether you pickup your items or not, your card will be charged Friday at 5PM. This is to not waste our time or yours, cards are charged in lue of bidders taking these terms seriously. Please pickup within the designated pickup deadlines. We do NOT store your items past the pickup deadline.

For any reason, no sale can be disputed/invalidated for any reason of discrepancy in item description or images. Once a bid is placed, it's assumed the bidder has accepted an item's condition and agrees to all terms and conditions set out when placing a bid.
Buyers are responsible for the removal of their won items. We ask all individuals to bring their own bags and/or boxes.
