Lilly, 14 hand, 12-year-old, Sorrel Mare Mule. Lilly may be small but she is packed with a great personality, She is super gentle, loads, bathes, shoes, and stands to mount. Lilly has spent lots of time in the woods, hunting and trail riding. She crosses creeks, ditches and logs without a hitch. She is good for any level rider and will go where you point her. Shipping Details:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make arrangements for transport of their mule once it is purchased.
Equine Transporters can be located on the internet and we would suggest that you find someone that is insured and bonded
We will have a potential buyers list in the office and will post where you want your mule hauled to (your location), your name and your Phone number for anyone here at our MULE DAYS to contact you to decide if you wish to allow anyone here to haul your mule.
We will also have a list in our office of people interested in hauling mules for anyone.

REQUIRED: Please have your bank provide us with an email or letter stating that you are one of the following:
1: A customer in Good Standing which provides you to bid amounts at your discretion,
2: They state they will Guarantee your payment for a specified amount, or
3: Provide us with a Letter of Credit.
No Credit Cards are Accepted at this time.
Payment must be wired Monday by NOON following the sale. You will be sent an invoice advising you of the balance due along with wiring instructions.
We are glad to email directly to your contact at the bank if you have made arrangements to have them handle the wire, please have them include their email info in the bank letter to verify they will handle the wire directly.
Once the bank letter is received, you will be approved to bidding and an email will be sent to you advising you of this.

Accuracy of all information expressed is the sole responsibility of the consignor. Consignor shall have full responsibility to examine the information on any & all horses consigned by him/her & prior to the sale shall report any description inaccuracy in the sale ring for announcements to be made prior to the horse(s) being sold.
PRIVATE SALES: Absolutely no private sales before or after the auction. Management feels this is unfair to the buyers who are in the bleachers. All mules brought to the sale or sold during Mule days must be consigned and will carry the MULE DAYS GUARANTEE when they go through the auction ring.
GUARANTEE: Mules must be sold through Jake Clark’s MULE DAYS to be insured of the following Guarantees. Each mule will be guaranteed sound by the seller. If the mule is not considered sound, the buyer has until June 20, 2016, at 5p.m. to have Jake Clark and Jake’s veterinarian inspect the mule. Jake Clark will make the determination as to the soundness of the mule. If the mule is considered unsound, the buyer will be returned his purchase price less fees. The seller of an unsound mule will not be paid for the mule, but will be responsible for any fees in conjunction with sale fees. The buyer will also be responsible to pick up his/her mule by June 21, 2016 at 5 p.m. or a daily stall and feed fee will be due. Each consignor will be totally responsible for all guarantees they make on their animals. The guarantees of each animal will be made only from the auction block while the animal is being sold. Absolutely no guarantee or warranty will be expressed or implied by the auctioneers or ring men.
WARRANTY: The buyer assumes full ownership and responsibility of the animal from the time it is sold in the Auction ring and is responsible for proper feed and care.
RELEASES: No horses are to be removed from the premises until paid in full & sales receipt received. Trucker or transporter must have possession of sales receipt to remove animals from the area.
A Brand Inspector will be on sight on sale day a charge of $10.00 per animal.
A Veterinarian will be on sight on sale day to provide Health Papers for horses going out of state for a fee of $10.50 per animal.
LOADING OUT: Buyers must have a release from the office for all load outs. Trucker and load out man must sign all load out slips. All mules must be removed from grounds by June 21, 2016 at 5 p.m. or make other arrangements with Jake Clark.
