OPENS: October 18, 10 AM 2024, CLOSES: October 25 2024 3PM (Soft Close)
VIEWING DATES: October 12 & 19, 10-4 PM
DIRECTIONS: From Vermilion 15.5 Miles to HWY 45, 5 Miles East to RR 50
Soft Close: When a bid is placed in the last five minutes of an auction session, the time remaining is extended by five minutes for all items in that session. The session will not close until there is no bidding on all items for 5 minutes.
NO BUYERS FEE!!! GST and PST charged where applicable.
In our land auctions the seller has the right to accept, reject or counter on the high bid. They usually have until noon the next day to decide. If the bid is not accepted, we negotiate with the high bidder to try to achieve an acceptable price.
This platform will reflect bids as "pending" until they are an official sale.
