Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping/packaging/ and handling charges. All items will be shipped either UPS or USPS and will be required to be insured for the purchase price. Hill's Auctioneering will store/ handle/package/ship all purchases unless otherwise arranged. There will be an additional $5 dollar handling charge per package plus materials. Due to the Auctioneer's schedule, packages will not be shipped until 10 days after the auction. These charges will be paid for via your credit card. Payment will be either MasterCard or Visa and will be due immediately following the auction.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition etc.
2. Though all descriptions and commentary are believed to be correct, neither the Auctioneer nor Seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind with the respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition etc.
3. Buyer acknowledges that the seller has provided him with the opportunity to inspect the item before purchasing them and the buyer has or has not so inspected the items in his sole discretion. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them.
4. When th auctioneer says "Sold" the title of the property shall pass to the highest bidder, who assumes full risk and responsibility. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the items purchased, and shall hold auctioneer and seller harmless from any liability.
5. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale.
6. Auctioneer acts solely as an agent and is not a party to any contract for the sale of of any items sold at this auction.
7. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any item not completely paid for, publicly or privately, with the purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred.
