-Items must be picked up on June 27th or 28th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items not picked up will be immediately forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
