Payment is due the day of the auction or the following 2 days Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm and SUNDAY'S noon - 5pm. Acceptable payment is Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercharge. After that purchases are subject to a $10 per day, per item storage fee. $25.00 minimum handling fee for all shipped items plus postage. There are no expressed or implied warranties on any item unless specifically stated during the auction or in the catalog. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Appliances (if stated during the auction) are guaranteed for 48 hours. Use of any items, is at buyer’s own risk.
