As used in this aggreement "you" are an individual acting on your behalf or an agent or as an person or entity that has authorised you to act on their behalf, "we" and "us" means Tuurin Kauppa Oy (Auctioneer)
In order to register and bid at Scavdinavias Largest Machineauction using the NAALive software you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions agreement. By clicking "ACCEPT", you agree to all these terms and conditions.
You will be responsible for any usage by minors or any other party using your name and your account to Tuurin Kauppa Oy.
In addition to applying for access to the live bidding mode, you will be required to register separately for each auction in which you want to act as a bidder.
Tuurin Kauppa Oy reserves the right to refuse to register any person for any auction.
The bidder registration agreement shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwice.
You are prohibited from bidding on any equipment you have consigned to the auction.
