Please Note: If you are bidding online for larger, heavy items, the freight costs could be considerable and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Arrangements are to be made by the purchaser to acquire either a courier or trucking company - costs for this transportation will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All items are to be picked up from the Clyde Auction building within 4 business days from the conclusion of the auction. Items not picked up within this time, will be deemed to be the property of Clyde Auctioneering in payment of storage fees unless alternate arrangements are made with the auction company. Freight charges will be calculated on the Monday following the auction, added to the invoice total and processed on the bidder's credit card. If you wish to pick-up your purchases you MUST contact the office by noon on Monday following the auction.

Terms: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Funds Transfer. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 17% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. GST will apply to applicable purchases. All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk. The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the auction. I (we), the Bidder, agree to assign any or all properties, goods, or chattels to the selling agent (or Auction Company) under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from unpaid purchases to my Bid Number, or uncleared credit cards plus ALL incurred costs to recover funds.
All advertising is a guide only. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the condition, identity and authenticity of items prior to bidding and shall not make objections after the auction.
