He managed his career from 1955 until Eliv's death in 1977. The memorial program cover page reads: In tribute to: “Our Colonel” memorial service Saturday, January 25, 1997, Las Vegas Hilton. Inside page has several photos of him in his life on the left. On the right it says in memory of Thomas A. Parker, born June 26, 1909, departed January 21, 1997. He was a man who lived a technicolor life in our black-and-white world and shared that color with those he touched. Thank you, Colonel.
