Solo Auction will ship at the buyers expense. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Solo Auction if shipping is required.
Any items not picked up within 4 days are subject to $10.00 per day per item storage fee. Unless arrangements were made prior to sale with Solo Auction.
All items left for 14 days or longer are considered forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for forfeited items.

All goods are available for inspection before the Sale. Each purchaser should inspect the items before bidding to determine the identity, authenticity, size and condition of the items. Bidders shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction and may last 24 hours. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 hour bid verification period.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
The Terms of Payment are Cash, Debit, Visa & Mastercard (3% fee for credit card use) or Bank Draft
No refunds or credits shall be issued under any circumstances.
Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5% applies on all items. There is a 15% buyer's premium on all items, unless otherwise stated.
Solo Auction will not be responsible for any person (s) injured on the Sales Site
Solo Auction will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise on site.
