Shipping Available: Shipping is available in Canada and to the US.
Shipping Arrangement: Shipping must be arranged by PRS Auctions. We do not accept shipping labels from buyers.
US Buyers: No duty for orders under $800 USD. Orders over $800 are subject to duty.
Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Pickup:
There will be a Calendly link on your invoice where you can book your pickup appointment. If you do not have an appointment, you will not be served until you have one.

Canadian Shipments:
Non-freight items: 2-7 business days for shipping, with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
US Shipments:
Non-freight items: 3-7 business days for shipping, with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
Shipments with Lithium-Ion Batteries may take longer.
Shipping Insurance:
Automatically added to orders of $300 or more.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Please allow up to 3 days to receive your invoice with shipping charges.
A 25% fee will be applied to shipping costs to cover time and packing materials. For example, if shipping costs $20, an additional $5 will be charged.
By bidding, the buyer agrees to pay these shipping charges.

Payment Deadline:
Payments for items being shipped must be made within 2 days of receiving your invoice with shipping costs.
For shipping orders, if no payment has been arranged or made within 2 days of receiving your invoice, we will charge the credit card on file and your items will be shipped out.
Payments for items being picked up can be made at pickup unless paying by e-transfer, which must be made prior to picking up.
Items must be removed within the deadline of the pickup days. If no pickup has been made or arrangements to pick up within the allotted pickup days, we will charge your credit card and charge storage fees:
(Minimum Fee) 1/2 Pallet - $30/week.
Per Standard Pallet Space - $60/week.
After 30 days (from auction end date) without pickup or arrangements, the item(s) will become the property of PRS Auctions and no refunds will be issued. Your items will be forfeited.

Welcome to PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. DBA PRS Auctions. By participating in our auctions, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
1.1 By registering for and participating in our auctions, bidders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Bidding
2.1 All bidders must register with PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. before participating in any auction.
2.2 Bidders must provide accurate and complete information during registration. PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. reserves the right to verify this information.
2.3 Bids are binding contracts. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at the auction's close.
3. Item Descriptions and Conditions
3.1 Items are tested to varying degrees: Untested, Tested for Power, and Fully Tested.
3.2 The condition and functionality details of each item will be listed in the item description.
3.3 While we strive to test items thoroughly, there may be instances where certain issues are missed.
3.4 All items are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties.
3.5 PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or accuracy of descriptions for any items sold.
4. Pickup

5. Shipping
5.1 PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. offers shipping to Canada and the US.
5.2 For Canadian shipments of non-freight items, shipping can take 2-7 business days with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
5.3 For US shipments of non-freight items, shipping can take 3-7 business days with a maximum of 3 days for handling.
5.4 For US shipments containing lithium-ion batteries, shipments can take longer.
5.5 For US buyers, shipments valued at $800 USD or less will not incur any customs, duties, or taxes. We use a service called Chit Chats, which takes your shipment over the border and ships it via USPS. Chit Chats typically gets the package over the border within one business day of receiving it from us, allowing for a fast and smooth international transaction.
5.6 For US orders over $800 USD, we have to ship from Canada internationally, and these orders will incur customs and duties fees.
5.7 Shipping insurance will automatically be added to orders of $300 or more.
5.8 PRS Auctions must arrange the shipping and we do not accept labels from buyers. Contact info@prsauctions.com to obtain a shipping quote prior to bidding. Please specify the items you are inquiring about so we can provide an accurate quote.
5.9 All costs associated with shipping are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Northwest Territories: 5% GST
Nova Scotia: 15% HST
Nunavut: 5% GST
Ontario: 13% HST
Prince Edward Island: 15% HST
Quebec: 5% GST + 9.975% QST
Saskatchewan: 5% GST + 6% PST
Yukon: 5% GST
6.5 Fees are non-negotiable.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 All sales are final. PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. does not accept returns or provide refunds.
7.2 In the event of a dispute, the decision of PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. shall be final.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in our auctions, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2 Bidders agree to hold PRS Product Repurposing Solutions Inc. harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the purchase or use of auction items.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
