NOTICE: All bidders and other persons agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
INTERNET BUYERS: To be approved Internet Bidders, you will be required to supply a Letter of Credit, a Refundable Cashier's Check, a Credit Card Number or Cash Deposit Payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. and a copy of your Driver's License. 1. IDENTIFICATION: All Buyers are required to give their full name and address by driver s license or a picture ID upon request.
2. Payment: ALL SALES ARE FOR CASH. NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ONSITE SALES. A deposit of $500.00 for Personal Property and $10,000.00 for Real Estate by cash, credit card or certified check will be required in order to bid online. All payments must be made by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECK made payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. Checks must be accompanied by a letter from the payer s bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. Your letter should be similar to the following:

Company checks without a letter from the bank guaranteeing unqualified payment will not be accepted. All checks are to be made payable to Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc.
