We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We will email you your invoice after the auction is finished, please contact us June 3, 2016 when auction is finished till 8pm MST, June 4, 2016 9am to 5pm MST, June 6, 2016 9am to 5pm MST, June 7, 2016 9am to 5pm MST to Process your payment.
Buyers Premium is 3% or 5% if paying by credit card.

1. Settlement in full must be made on sale day in cash or by approved cheque and before the goods are removed from the premises.
2. Goods left not paid for or not removed from the premises on sale day may at the option of the auctioneer be resold at any subsequent sale and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
3. Goods left on the premises may at the option of the auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may after notice to the purchaser be resold and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
4. All goods are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and no warranty implied or otherwise exists in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale.
5. Goods "knocked down" to a purchaser lie at his/her risk immediately.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in any case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
7. All goods are availible for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to identity, authenticity and condition and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
8. Rhythm Auctions will not be held liable for goods damaged while assisting with loading.
9. N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned to legal authorities and all cost will lie at the purchaser's expense.
10. Rhythm Auctions, and their employees and staff are not liable for any injuries to any personal before, during or after the sale. All parents, guardians or adults are totally responsible for their children at all times, before during or after the sale. Rhythm Auctions does not offer a babysitting service.
11. A 3% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all lots that will be paid by Cash, Cheque or Debit or 5% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all lots that are paid for by credit card. Pay types that are accepted at this auction are Cheque, Cash and Debit. Visa and Mastercard are the only credit cards accepted.
12. Applicable taxes 5% GST and 7% PST will be charged on all items.
13. Items can be paid for and picked up on Saturday June 4, 2016 from 9am to 5pm MST, Monday June 6, 2016 from 9am to 5pm MST and Tuesday June 7, 2016 form 9am to 5pm. All items must be paid for and Picked up by Tuesday June 7, 2016 or there will be a $50 storage fee charged per item per day.
