SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping is provided throughout Canada and the USA. Most items are shipped via Canada Post.
Larger/Oversized items:
Larger item delivery arrangements can also be made on your behalf for local delivery OR you can arrange delivery yourself through your preferred common carrier.
If you have selected delivery during registration, you will need to contact us to review your options and arrange/schedule delivery. We can provide options and assistance, however, buyers will ultimately be responsible to arrange for their own delivery.
All other items (not picked up) will be shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment in full. Depending on location, arrival of items can take up to 7-10 days so please be patient. If you prefer "specific" shipping methods, services, (i.e. tracking, insurance, etc, contact us immediately after the auction to inquire and/or request this as additional charges will apply. All items won for each "session" are combined into one invoice. Shipping fees apply to each invoice collectively. Separate orders/invoices may be combined into one delivery for shipment and convenience however shipping costs for each invoice will be charged separately. PLEASE NOTE: additional shipping charges over the flat rate fee may apply and charged on certain orders due to parcel variables (i.e. excess weight, size, oversize, quantity, etc.

THE PROCESS:
1. Post-Auction all invoices will be charged owing amount for winning items + applicable taxes and fees with the credit card provided at registration.
2. All invoices will be emailed shortly following the auction to the email address provided at registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Any declined credit card is subject to an automatic $25 "Declined Fee" and payment must be arranged within 24 hours. If you intend to pay via cash or e-transfer, arrangements must be made BEFORE auction so your card on file is not charged.
Failure to contact us within the 24Hrs time period to settle your invoice, your order may be cancelled without notice and you may be charged a "Re-stocking" fee of $25.

Terms & Conditions:
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
1. By participating in this or any sale/auction, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. You agree that it is the Bidder’s (your) responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factors.
2. The auctioneer/auction company (We) may attempt to describe the merchandise as best we can and may advertise value based solely on estimation, best guess, or information provided by the seller or consignor but makes no representations that this information is factual and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. When a range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate, it should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price.
3. You agree that at no time shall the auctioneer/auction company or its representatives be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty, value, or otherwise of merchandise. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on.
4. Bidder should inquire with the auctioneer prior to bidding or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
5. Method and order of sale shall be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
6. A purchaser shall be deemed to have inspected a lot before a bid is placed on any item.
7. Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind.
8. All bidders must register before the auction. Registration for bidding requires driver’s license, credit card, photo ID and/or full personal information. Please have this available upon registration. If we are made aware that any bidder (pre or post registration) has been previously “blacklisted” from other auctions, we reserve all right to decline said bidder to participate in any of our auctions for any reason.
If we allow participation of a known blacklisted bidder, a non-refundable security fee/deposit may be charged. The amount shall be decided by the auctioneer on a case by case basis.
9. Payment Terms are CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, or e-Transfer. A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the bid price, plus applicable taxes (where applicable). Sales are typically processed immediately following the auction using the credit card on file or we will contact you for payment. All items must be paid IN FULL within 24 hours following the conclusion of sale. Declined cards will automatically be charged a $25 "Declined Fee". All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer in addition to any final purchase and hammer prices. Some auctions will have a Flat rate fee. These fees apply to each order(total... not per item) respectively. Separate orders may be combined for convenience however shipping costs will not be combined into one. Shipping costs/Charges are based on final volume/weight and will be subject to higher costs as such. Each auction order will be handled on a case by case basis and shipping fees may vary due to insurance fees, weight, and other costs. These additional shipping charges will be applied to the credit card on file as/where required. All items will be processed for shipment within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment (unless pick-up was arranged) or otherwise instructed on the day of the auction.
10. If you wish to have your shipment insured, or tracked, you must notify us immediately after the auction. Additional charges may apply. Otherwise, shipping methods are at the discretion of the Auctioneer/Auction Company. The Auctioneer/Auction Company is not obligated to provide tracking on any shipment at any time but does make every effort to ensure the most efficient and cost effective delivery method to get items to their destination. The auctioneer and/or Collectors Corner are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or missing items after shipment. Collectors Corner may assist you with tracking information in the event of lost or missing items but DO NOT act on your behalf or file claims for damage unless insurance was requested prior to shipping.
11. The purchaser agrees to pay, in addition to the purchase price of the item(s), 18% Buyers Premium, $25 Flat rate delivery charge (or greater subject to weight or special requests), G.S.T. P.S.T. (where applicable), and all government applicable taxes on the aggregate total of the final bid price and buyer’s premium.
12. All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges, no retraction of bids, and NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
13. The auctioneer reserves the right to pass or accept bids in any increment he/she feels is in the best interests of his clients, the seller.
14. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time without reason or explanation. The auctioneer also reserves the right to withdraw property from the auction sale before the dropping of the gavel for any reason. Additionally, if the auctioneer decides that any bid is too low or unreasonable, he may reject those bids and pass to the next lot, or withdraw the article from the sale without notice, and if, having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient or unreasonable, he may reject the opening bid as well as the advance.
15. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients at any time during the auction sale and without notice to the registered bidders and to further protect any items that may carry a moderate reserve (with or without notice) or opening bid, bidding on the item or withdrawing the item from the sale at any time during the bidding process.
16. Upon registration and based upon previous conduct, credit, and bidding history at auction sales you may be asked to post a deposit or provide a credit card as a security deposit against you purchases.
17. The Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to amendment by posting of notices, email or by oral announcements made during the sale.
18. No person shall have any claim against the Auctioneer, their agents, employees or principals for any damages to or loss of property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
19. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale, or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.
20. Subject to fulfillment of all of the conditions set forth herein, on the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer, title to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, and such bidder thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefore (including, without limitation, liability for or damage and (b) will immediately pay the full purchase price as required.
21. All property is sold “AS IS”“WHERE IS” without any representations or warranties by the Auctioneer/Auction Company or the consignor as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of any catalogue or other description or the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, value, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalogue, an advertisement, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption or liability.
22. Auctioneer/Auction Company and the consignor make no representation and warranties, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to any reproduction rights in any property. Auctioneer/Auction Company and the consignor are not responsible for errors and omissions in any catalogue, or any supplemental material.
23. Auctioneer/Auction Company do not guarantee, any written or oral appraisals, certificates of authenticity, values, or retail replacement prices, that may accompany any item or may be orally stated by any auctioneer or employee, before, after, and during any auction sale.
24. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant a bidding card for the privilege of bidding by number at the auction sale and or revoke such privileges at any time. In addition, the auctioneer and or its staff may remove any bidder from the premises at any time.
25. All costs and the responsibility of removal will be borne by the Purchaser. The Purchaser, if asking the Auctioneer/Auction Company to assist in the removal of any item(s) will indemnify and hold the Auctioneer/Auction Company and or their staff harmless from any resulting of loss or damage to the items(s) being removed.
26. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lot(s) by reason of their being incorrectly described and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer/Auction Company in respect of any such faults or errors.
27. The purchaser will not be entitled to possession of any of the said lot(s) purchased until the total purchase price of all the lot(s) have been fully paid. In the event that the purchaser fails to pay the full purchased price for any lot(s) within the prescribed time or fails to comply with any of the “Terms of Sale”, the purchaser will be sent to collections, Small Claims Court, and Superior Court without notice.
28. The Auctioneer/Auction Company reserves the right to supplement all terms and conditions with verbal announcements at any time during the auction. All verbal announcements and terms form part of the terms and conditions between the seller and the bidders.
29. If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, the purchaser will be in default, and in addition to any and all other remedies available to the auction company and its agents and consignor by law, including, without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, including all fees, charges, and the expenses set forth herein, the auction company, at its sole option, may (I) cancel the sale of that, or any other lot or lots sold to the defaulting purchaser, or (ii) resell the purchased property, whether at auction or by private sale, or (iii) effect any combination thereof. The purchaser will be liable for any deficiency, any and all costs, handling charges, late charges, expenses, and commissions of both sales, legal fees, and expenses, collection fees, and incidental damages. In addition, all defaulting purchasers will be deemed to have granted and assigned the deposit money to the auctioneer/auction company or its agents and consignors or any of their affiliated companies, and the auction company may retain and apply such money as collateral security for the obligations due. In addition to other remedies available to us by law, all unpaid items will be subject to a non-refundable service charge of 35% of the bid price plus buyer’s premium payable by the registered bidder.
30. Interest at the rate of 24% per annum will be charged on overdue accounts owing to the auctioneer/auction company. All accounts are considered overdue after 24 hours of final sale.
31. All bidders/buyers hereby authorize the Auctioneers, sellers, or any other affiliated companies to charge my credit card the full amount of any purchases made and or assigned (including shipping charges where applicable) to my registered bid card after the auction and/or in the event I do not pay the full purchased price within the time specified. I understand and agree that my deposit will forfeit and be applied to the account for the obligations due.
32. All registered bidders/buyers hereby agree to all the terms and conditions herein and acknowledge that I have read, a copy of, and understand all the terms of sale. I further agree to be responsible for and pay for all purchases made against my bid number.
33. In the event of electronic failure for any reason during the auction sale, all items sold will be due and payable at the time of failure. The auctioneer/auction company reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the auction sale in the event the electronic failure cannot be rectified in a reasonable time. Items maybe re offered in a future auction sale.
34. Items not paid for in full, claimed, shipped, or picked up, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale will be considered abandoned and resold in a future auction sale without notice. Any deposits on hand will be forfeited and non-complying buyers/bidders will be blacklisted on future auction sales.
35. The auctioneer/auction company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the auctioneer/auction company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. We will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
