Central to Eastern European war axe probably police circa 1590-1660. The arm measures 23” in length. The spike and hammer measure 6’ 6-5/8” from tip to end. The belt hook formed like an arrow or spear and if grasped wouldbe used to disengage foe. The grip is well constructed in pieces with copper solder or flux.
