BID PRICE
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot.
The purchase price on all GUNS shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 12.5% , plus 3) a $12.00 per gun administration fee, plus 4) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
The purchase price on all - BUT NOT LIMITED TO - VEHICHLES, EQUIPMENT, AMMUNITION, ARCHERY, MISCELLANEOUS SMALLS, AND ANY TIEM THAT IS NOT A GUN shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 12.5% , plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
REGULATION OF BID
The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. We reserve the right to withdraw property at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder.
ONLINE BIDDING
Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise), whether or not due to Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity.
PAYMENT AND PICKUP / SHIPPING
The invoice must be paid in full and merchandise picked up or shipping arrangements made within seven days of the date of sale. A storage fee will be charged if merchandise is left longer than two (2) weeks of $10.00 per lot per day. If the property is left longer than four (4) weeks, it will be considered abandoned. Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house until the following day.
Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly. Packing & Shipping are available for an additional charge of $5.00 per gun, plus the cost of an appropriate shipping container and the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
Internet Bidders from the United States shall at their own expense provide Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service with all the necessary documents and proof to legally ship via Canada Postal Service any and all firearm(s) that the Internet Bidder may be the winning bidder on.
RISK OF LOSS
In the event delivery cannot be made because of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason, Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service shall only be liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser.

THESE CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE ALTERED OR MODIFIED EXCEPT BY AN INSTRUMENT IN WRITING, SIGNED BY THE AUCTIONEER AND BUYER.
PAYMENT
Successful Internet Bidders are required to pay in full Auction day by MasterCard or VISA. If any legal action is commenced to enforce these Conditions of Sale, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
