1 All propspective buyers must register and receive a Bidder's number. Proper identification is required.
2. PAYMENT: All items must be paid for day of sale. Payment accepted in the form of cash, check with Bank Letter Of Guarantee assigned to Horton Auction Company. MasterCard and VISA accepted.
3. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium is in effect for the Auction.
4. SALES TAX: All sales are subject to state Sales Tax Laws. Payment of sales tax is required on all purchases unless qualified Dealers execute a Certificate of Resale bearing Bidders Sales Tax Exemption Number.

6. WHEN THE AUCTIONEER SAYS SOLD: All sales are final upon Auctioneer's acceptance of the last bid. Upon such sale, Bidder immediately assumes the risk of loss. Therefore, purchaser is advised to guard their items against theft or loss at their own descretion. No purchases may be removed from the premises until complete settlement has been made. All purchases must be removed with the time posted at the auction site and as announced by the Auctioneer. Buyers receipt showing full settlement will be required in order to remove purchases from the auction site. Purchaser is solely responsible for removal of items including all cost and liability. Purchaser and or purchaser's agents are responsible for any damages to the premises.
7. In case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may open the bidding back up between the tie bidders. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final.
8. The Auctioneer may, at any time and at his sole discretion and without notice or liability to bidder: (a) withdraw or cancel the sale of any lot; or (b) combine, break apart, add or delete lots as he sees fit.
9. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final
