1.<b>CATALOGUE DESCRIPTIONS</b>: BOUNDS AUCTION SERVICES has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property is being sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”. No statement in a catalogue, web site listing, invoice, bill of sale, or elsewhere by any representative or person in the employ of BOUNDS AUCTION SERVICES, shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to labeling, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance, insect, bacteria, or virus presence, age, weight, or size measurement, or historical relevance of any of the items offered for sale.
2. <b>TERMS OF PAYMENT</b> : All accounts are to be settled by the end of the day.
