Previewing Details:
There will be a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, April 8, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. It will be followed by a reception and preview period from 3:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. During the preview there will be a short seminar on buying and selling at auction. Auction staff will be available to answer questions.

1. Live auctions will be subject to a 10% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).
2. Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable.
3. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction and may last 24 hours. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 hour bid verification period.
4. No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
5. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
7. The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
8. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
