All firearms purchased will be transferred from Double T Auctions, LLC to a local FFL in your area. Please make sure you are eligible to purchase the firearm prior to bidding. We will not refund your purchase due to ineligibility to purchase a firearm. Also, know if the firearm you want can be shipped to your state.
Ammunition:
You must be 21 years or older to order ammunition. Ammo must ship UPS ground. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammo. Please check local laws before ordering.
Used Firearms:
Our goal is that you have exceptional experience. We try to describe used firearms as close to reality as possible. We want to provide you with an accurate description and detailed photos. Sometimes we can miss something that may be important to you the buyer. If you need additional photos, or want us to check something on your behalf... please let us know prior to the auction ending. Used firearms are purchased as is, so please ask questions prior to purchase if you have any.
Shipping:
Firearms: Long guns will be shipped in a rifle box, and wrapped in bubble wrap. If you require a hard case or have special instructions for shipping your firearm... It is your responsibility to notify us prior to shipping. We do require insurance on all firearm shipments, and we are not liable for any damage during shipment.
Ammunition: We ship exclusively with UPS, and please take into consideration when bidding on live rounds of ammunition that we can only ship with UPS or FedEx, and not USPS. There are laws prohibiting the shipment of loaded ammunition via the Postal Service. If you purchase small amounts of ammunition the minimum for shipping costs will vary from $10 to $20 depending on location. We advise buying enough ammunition to make the cost of shipping feasible. We can also hold ammunition to add to future auctions, or we can add new inventory to your order.
