1. REGISTRATION: All bidders shall register to bid in the auction by completing the on-line registration form and acknowledging agreement to the Terms & Conditions of the Internet auction as listed below. All on-line bidders need to be approved by ABSOLUTE AUCTION & REALTY, Inc. (AAR) in order to bid on-line. Please submit your completed registration form as early as possible to assure approval - no later then 12 Noon the day of the auction.
2. PAYMENT: Purchases shall be by credit card only. We accept Visa/MC or Discover only. All accounts shall be settled at the conclusion of the auction. All New York State Residents shall be charged New York State Sales Tax unless bidder has filled out a NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE and has such certificate on file with Auctioneer prior to the start of the auction.
