Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to, legal and collections fees, court costs and recovery fees, lost commissions, and buyer's premiums. In the event the said purchases must be resold, the original buyer will responsible for the loss or shortfall, and all expenses associated to the second sale of the goods. To include, but not limited to, the original commissions, and buyer's premiums, re auction marketing fees, legal fees, administration fees, and logistic fees. Auction company reserves the right to implement a one time, 15 minute bidding time extension, in the event a bidder attempts to place last minutes, or seconds, bids. Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised.
