REAL ESTATE TERMS FOR DECEMBER 3, 2015 AUCTION

LOCATION OF AUCTION: Properties will be sold by video at the J.M. Wood Auction Facility on December 3, 2015 in Montgomery, Alabama.

REGISTRATION TERMS: Onsite registration begins at 7:00 am on auction day. Online registration must be completed no later than December 2, 2015.

TERM OF SALE: The sale terms will be cash or negotiable funds with ten percent (10%) down payment required on auction day. The balance will be due upon closing. Closing will be within 30 days after the auction.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A Buyer’s Premium is a percentage of the high bid price paid by the purchaser and added to the high bid price to arrive at the total contract sale price. The buyer’s premium for the real estate auction will be 10% of the final bid price for each property sold.

SURVEY: This property is being sold without a new survey. If the purchaser desires a new survey it will be at the purchaser’s expense.

CLOSING COST: Buyer will pay all closing fees. Closing will be conducted at the law office of Garry McAnnally, LLC Attorney at Law it located at 50 Wisteria Place, Millbrook, Alabama 36054.
