This 40+/- acres of native blackjack timber is ideally located 20 miles west of Enid on U.S. 412 to the Ringwood Junction, then 5 ½ miles southwest on S.H 58 and ¾ mile north. It is situated on good county roads in an area that is well known for its abundant population of deer, turkey, and quail, and the timber provides outstanding wildlife habitat as well as a unique setting for rural home sites. This is an unusual opportunity to purchase 40+/- of original native timber within 25 minutes of Enid, 15 minutes of Fairview, and 5 minutes of Ringwood. Improvements include fences, a windmill, and an older house constructed from blackjack logs and stucco. If you have been looking for wildlife land and/or a beautiful place in the country for a rural home or for development, all within a short drive to Enid and the surrounding communities, be sure to look this one over.
