2017 Chevrolet 2500 HD Service Truck. Needs major repair. Seller reports that the transmission & rear differential need rebuilding. Other problems may exist.
The successful bidder will received a signed vehicle title with the seller’s authorized signature to enable transfer of vehicle ownership on the island of Oahu “ONLY.” This means that neighbor island bidders will have to complete ownership transfer on the island of Oahu because the DMV system is not linked across counties, which means the authorized seller’s signature will not be recognized in Maui County, Hawaii County, Kauai County. Neighbor island bidders MUST make their own arrangements for trucking and freight transport to Young Brothers, including making a Young Brothers booking, etc. Also anticipate that there may be delays with Young Brothers and bookings. Oahu Auctions nor the seller will not provide storage. All vehicles must be picked up by July 27.

Shipping to neighboring islands possible through Young Brothers freight. Buyers should contact YB (808-543-9311) on July 25 to secure a booking. All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Ground transport may be handled by an independent third-party trucking company.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All persons wishing to participate in the bidding process must be registered to enable bidding. By registering, you acknowledge full understanding of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Your bid is a binding contract. Unpaid invoices will be turned over to a collection agency.
2. Online Auction begins ending at 6pm. Each lot’s closure time is staggered and spaced out in 1-minute intervals which means Lot 1 is scheduled to end at 6pm, Lot 2 ends one minute after that. Lot 3 to end one minute after Lot 2. However, if anyone places a bid on a particular lot within 3 minutes of its scheduled closure time, 3 minutes will be added to the clock for that particular lot. A three-minute time extension will continue to occur each time a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes until there’s at least 3 minutes remaining with no bidding activity.
3. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions is not responsible for any inconsistencies associated with the representation of items (via photos, announcements, printed materials, etc.) and the actual product. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged that you inspect each item you intend to bid on. Bidders should make an informed decision on what item(s) to bid on based on personal inspection of such item(s).
4. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no implied warranties or guarantees of any kind.
5. All sales are final. No returns allowed. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for any reason.
6. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to add/remove items from the auction at any time for whatever reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to withdraw/modify any of the items listed in the catalog and/or add, remove or modify reserve amounts and bidding increments on any auction lot.
7. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to cancel the auction entirely, extend the auction end date, or end the auction early.
8. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to reject or cancel any bid(s) at any time for any reason. Island Bid/Oahu Auctions reserves the right to suspend bidding privileges at any time.
9. Bid limits may be imposed. Bid limit amount may be lowered or raised at any time.
10. A Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the winning bid for all auction items. Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added.

12. Winning bidders are responsible for all costs associated with the removal and transport of all purchased items.
13. Items that are not picked up within the specified scheduled pick-up dates/times are subject to forfeiture. Items will be considered abandoned and you will lose all claim to the property. No refunds will be provided.
14. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of Island Bid/Oahu Auctions. Unpaid accounts will be reported and turned over to a collection agency, which can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Unpaid accounts are subject to legal action. The bidder information along with the credit card information you provided during the registration process has been verified for identity purposes prior to approval.
14. All items not claimed by the specified pick-up deadline date/time published on the auction page summary and details, will be subject to forfeiture and will be disposed of, resold or donated.
