In order to place a bid on a vehicle you will need to have a $200.00 deposit PER VEHICLE that you place a bid on! This $200.00 is NOT an additional fee it. All deposits are refunded unless you fail to pick up a vehicle(s) you won. If you win a vehicle in the auction the entire balance is due in cash at time of pick up and any / all deposits on file will be refunded after purchase. If you win a vehicle in the auction and don’t pick it up, the deposit is nonrefundable. SO BE SURE TO ONLY BID ON CARS YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE NOT THE WINNING BIDDER YOUR DEPOSIT/S WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE AUCTION; if there is a dispute in regard to whom the winning bidder is at the time of the sale the auctioneer reserves the right to with hold said deposit for 72 hours after the auction to determine who in fact won the vehicle. The goal here is to be fair and of course keep our prices as low as possible for buyers. If you have any questions you can reach out to our team via email at SanDiegoAutoAuctionHelp@gmail.com

Bidding on vehicles:
If you choose to place a bid on a vehicle in our auction you will need to make an account. Account registration only takes a few minutes and your info is saved for any future auctions! We require all bidders to be at least 18yrs old, have an email address, phone number, a billing address and a $200 deposit on file to start bidding. Once you’ve paid the $200.00 deposit your account will be approved to bid. This deposit allows you to bid on one vehicle. So if you bid on multiple vehicles you will need multiple deposits. If you intend on bidding on more than one vehicle and need additional invoices please email us at SanDiegoAutoAuctionHelp@gmail.com. The $200.00 deposit holds your vehicle until 5pm Wednesday if you’re deemed the winning bidder and once you pay for and pick up your vehicle your deposit(s) will be refunded. If you fail to pay for and pick up any of the vehicle(s) you won, the deposit(s) is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you’re not the winning bidder, the deposit(s) is refunded within 48 hours. It’s simple if you want to bid you have to pay $200 upfront so we can eliminate people up bidding vehicles, this keeps the sales cheap and the bidders honest! The deposit(s) is / are non refundable if your the highest bidder and don’t pick up your vehicle(s) which means if you change your mind after winning the vehicle and don’t pick it up you forfeit each deposit per vehicle. If you are unable to receive your refund to the initial payment method your deposit(s) will be applied to your auction account for a future credit. In addition to your initial deposit, there is a non refundable $300 penalty fee for any and all vehicles abandoned post auction. This fee will be due immediately if you fail to make your appointment or fail to pick up your vehicle in the allowed time frame.
