1. This is an Internet timed bidding auction sale conducted.
Information provided by CollectingRus auction company and in this catalog is strictly AS IS and/or strictly an opinion. No warranty given.
Bids are per lot. Auction sales are not approval sales. All lots shall be sold to the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. If any dispute arises during the sale, the auctioneer has the right to reopen the lot and put it up for sale again. The auctioneer’s decision will be final. In the case of identical (tied) bids during our Live Auctions, the earliest received bid shall take priority. In the case of a tie bid during our Sales, between a mail/fax bid and an Internet bid, the Internet bid will take precedence and obtain the lot. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE FURTHER EXPLANATION.
BUY bids or unlimited bids will be accepted. Bids may be made by mail, fax, email, phone or place your bids on our website, either before the sale or by bidding online during the sessions. If you have yet to do so, take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Internet bidding platform program, an improved online bidding experience which allows bidders to watch and participate in the auction in real time through a live or timed feed.

A Standard Buyer’s premium will be charged to successful bidders in accordance with their method of bidding. Bidders are responsible for understanding their buyer’s premium prior to bidding.
Online Bidding, has a Premium of 15 % for all payments made visa or mastercard. There is a 3% saving for the buyer that uses e-transfer.
All successful internet bidders will receive an invoice by e-mail by 1 to 4 business days.
2. ALL LOTS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY. Payments must be made by: Visa, Mastercard or E-Transfer. An email will be provided for E-Transfer. We do not accept PAYPAL, sorry.
3. The estimates listed are taken from the most up to date Canadian Coin News, Charlton catalogs, E-bay sales, and/ or the actual market selling/ asking prices.
4. The cataloguer has tested, graded all coins to be genuine. Raw coins and notes are by opinion with 20 years plus experience in the industry. To grade coins we used the Canadian Guide to grading coins.
5. All applicable taxes will be from location of the sale.
6. Shipping insurance coverage will be $2.99 per $100. Insurance can be waived if buyers want to
take on the risk of loss. Details of wanting to waive insurance must be done before start of auction under references and Tittle "SHIPPING NOTE TO AUCTIONEER I assume total liability for shipment of items and will not hold CollectingRus Liable for loss."
7.CollectingRus Auction Company acts as a representative for consignors and makes no independent warranty to title. CollectingRus Auction Company reminds all bidders that grading, is by opinion on raw items that are out of box, used, circulated, or by a grading company.
