I certify that I am not (1) under the age of 18; (2) an employee or agent of Rod Robertson Enterprises (RRE) or their family members; (3) any employee for the City of El Paso, an employee of any department or agency of the City of El Paso prohibited by the regulations of that agency from purchasing property sold hereunder or their immediate family members prohibited from bidding on property/merchandise by policy, regulation, statute or contract; (4) a RRE subcontractor/vendor, their agents and employees who have access to information concerning the property to be sold at a City of El Paso auction that is not generally available to the public; (5) presently debarred or declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal agency in accordance with 41 CFR 101-45.6; or (6) the party or representing the party(s) from whom the property was seized. RRE subcontractors further may not act as agent for a third party in purchasing City of El Paso property/merchandise that is or has been in their custody or control. For breach of this warranty, RRE shall have the right to cancel any purchase contract without liability.
I agree that by registering I have read and agree to the following terms: If any illegal controlled substances and /or contraband is discovered in a seized and forfeited vehicle(s) purchased at this specialty sale, or their contractor (if any), must immediately secure the vehicle(s) and contact RRE or City of El Paso for removal. Sole ownership of vehicle(s) has been LEGALLY FORFEITED to City of El Paso, in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. City of El Paso is the “LAWFUL SOLE OWNER” of the vehicle(s), and has the lawful right to dispose of it (them). Any and all previous ownership, registration, lien or encumbrance, or title to this property is NULL and VOID, and license plates previously attached to this vehicle have been DESTROYED.

Vehicles are auctioned as is, where is (with all faults), without warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, as to age, year of manufacture, make, model, condition or any other specification. Description of vehicles, either written or oral are furnished as a guide only. No guarantee as to the accuracy of description is made. Some vehicles may have “Salvage Only” titles or be “Export Only” vehicles. “Salvage Only” titles and “Export Only” vehicles when known are announced. Absence of mention of “Salvage Only” titles or “Export Only” vehicles does not constitute any warranty or guarantee. RRE highly recommends that the purchaser preview all vehicles to determine the actual condition. Vehicles may be previewed on Monday June 4th & Tuesday June 5th, 2012 at 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM_.
Minimum bid requirement of $100.00 per vehicle effective December 11, 2008. No bids under $100.00 will be accepted. All bids must be submitted in whole dollar increments only. In the event of tie bids the bidder who first submitted the bid to our office will be the winning recipient. Faxed or emailed bids must be received by Tuesday June 5th, 2012 all bids must be in no later than 5 p.m. Successful bidders will be notified by noon on Wednesday June 6th, 2012.
Final payment of purchased shall be made no later than 1:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday June 7th, 2012 with no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of ALL deposited funds and cancellation of ALL purchases. Payment is due in full by wire transfer or certified funds only by straight deposit (no personal checks will be accepted) payable to Rod Robertson Enterprises. Vehicles must be removed from sale area no later than Friday, June 8th, 2012___. After that period, a charge of $5.00 per day per vehicle will be charged. RRE offers vehicle transport for any vehicles purchased at a RRE Dismantler Auction. Check with the local facility manager for fees. The $5.00 per day vehicle storage fee will be waived if buyer elects to employ RRE for transport. Only original purchaser or representative with authorization letter and valid photo identification will be permitted to remove vehicles from sale area.

City of El Paso Notice:
New Mexico, California & Mexico WILL NOT accept the Auction Sales Receipts provided at this auction for vehicle registration; therefore, if you are a resident in the states New Mexico, California or Mexico you MAY NOT register vehicles purchased at this auction. You MAY NOT title the vehicles in Texas unless you provide Texas identification and proof of residency.
