1. We will ship to Canada, USA & Europe.
2. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. We charge Exact Canada Post Shipping Rates. Bidders should be aware of the size and weight restrictions in place by Canada Post.
3. Buyers Can not arrange their own shipping.

Local Pickups are available by appointment only.
1. Payment must be received within 48 hours of invoice. If payment is not arranged within 48 hours, we will charge the credit card on file. Otherwise, items will be forfeited and re-sold.
2. A 0% Buyers Premium will be applied to all online purchases.
3. E-transfers can be sent to donate@giving2charity.org. No password needed
4. We accept Cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard at time of pickup.

1. Online bidder registration information must be kept up to date and accurate, and finances must be in place for any purchases before any bid is placed.
2. Online Bidders must provide a valid credit card.
3. There is NO BUYERS PREMIUM on all online purchases. 0% Buyers Premium.
4. All proceeds go to Charity.
5. No Additional Fees for paying with credit cards.
6. All Bidders must understand that internet bidding may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection. Giving 2 Charity is not responsible for lost or incorrect bids due to these errors or delays.
7. All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
8. Catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated for any reason or by defect or inaccuracy of description in the catalogue or otherwise.
9. Giving 2 Charity will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
10. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Giving 2 Charity is not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid.
All sales are final.

12. All bidders are responsible for selecting their preference of shipping/pick-up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with the most cost-effective shipping options. We encourage bidders to email to ask about shipping costs before bidding if you have questions.
13. Any items not picked up within 30 days of the end of the auction, will be donated to charity and resold.
14. You agree to receive emails from Giving 2 Charity when you register for the auction.
15. If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids during the auction. Please note that "ABSENTEE" or "PROXY" bids take priority over live bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will be awarded to the proxy bidder in all situations.
