1. Purchases can be paid by cash, approved cheque, credit card by PayPal or PayPal.
Note: All credit/cheques must clear before items will be released or shipped (Buyers will pay all shipping and packing fees as added to hammer price. Buyers are responsible for arranging and payment of shipping post auction, however Coulbeck's can make suggestions for local shipping companies. Usually small items less than 10 pounds are shipped Priority Mail and insured. Our minimum for handling is $35 within Canada plus postage and insurance fees. Please contact Coulbeck's after auction to make shipping arrangements. Our packaging fees are $50 per man-hour. Crating would be $50 per man hour plus cost of wood.)

If the Auctioneer determines that any bid that is not commensurate with the value of the article offered, he may reject the same and withdraw the item from the auction, and having acknowledged an opening bid, he decides that an advance is not sufficient, he may reject the advance. The Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of Buyer/Seller/Secured parties.
4. Ownership title passes upon the fall of the Auctioneer's gavel, and thereafter the property is at risk of the Buyer and neither the Seller, nor the Auctioneer shall be responsible for loss or damage. Any items left at the sale site are left there at the purchasers risk. The Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for abandoned items. If items are left for pickup, they must be paid for, in full, on the day of the sale.
