Enjoy the comfort of the Amblers’ new lodge while experiencing a first class vacation in beautiful rural British Columbia. Bruce and Terry Ambler have been operating Ambler’s Bighorn Country Guiding since 1991. This 10-day full curl California bighorn sheep hunt will take place in south central BC in the outfitters portions of management units 3–17 and 3–13, between Pavilion Creek and Canoe Creek including the Marble Range.
Note that this hunt is available to BC residents only. This hunt may also be used towards the successful drawing of a Fraser River 3/4 Curl LEH Authorization within the Amblers’ guide territory. Transportation from the departure point to the lodge and licences, tags, royalties and HPF are included. An additional trophy fee of $15,000 CDN is also not included. Proceeds from the sale of the trip will go to benefit both the Wild Sheep Society of BC and the Guide Outfitters Association of BC.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
